THE HAMMER HAS FALLEN
THE HAMMER HAS FALLEN
A free guess the price game built around real auction sales. Study the photograph and sale year, name your price, and use each clue to get closer. You have six guesses.

A guitar played by a famous musician. An early computer. A designer handbag, a handwritten letter or an unexpected piece of art. Auctiondle asks what someone actually paid for the photographed lot at a particular auction.
The sale year matters: you are guessing that auction’s recorded result, rather than today’s estimated value. The actual price and a link to the auction record appear after you finish the lot.
Daily gives everyone the same lot, refreshing at 00:00 UTC. Unlimited is a circuit of three different lots. Wins on guesses one to six earn 1,000, 800, 600, 400, 200 or 100 points; a miss earns zero. Finish all three for a score out of 3,000 and an achievement.
Prices include the buyer’s premium, in the original currency, without inflation adjustment. Progress, scores and saved games stay in this browser.
Enjoy the suspense of a “guess the price” game show? Auctiondle brings that make-a-guess, wait-for-the-reveal feeling to auction results. The surprises come from collectibles, historical objects and art, with six chances to find each price.
There is no “without going over” rule here: guesses above or below the recorded price can win if they are within 5%. You play for a result, points and achievements; the objects shown are not prizes.
No. A guess within 5% above or below the recorded sale price wins. For a $10,000 result, any guess from $9,500 to $10,500 counts. A guess within 25% gets an amber clue, but you still need to get closer to win.
The target is the published sale price including the buyer’s premium, rather than the hammer price alone. Taxes and delivery are separate. Use the auction year shown with the item; prices are not adjusted for inflation.
Yes. Choose Unlimited for a three-lot circuit. Each lot still allows six guesses, and finishing in fewer guesses earns more points. After the circuit result, you can start another set of three.
The chart button inside the game opens your local scoreboard. The heart in the page toolbar saves Auctiondle to My collection on the homepage. Scores, progress and your collection are stored in this browser and are removed if you clear its site data.
