Guess it. Draw it. Split it. Three small challenges for your angle intuition.
Angled is a free angle guessing game from The Dles. Each set combines three challenges: guess an angle, draw a target angle, and split an angle in half. You get one attempt in each round, and your errors add up to a final score. The closer you are, the lower your total error.
Play a shared daily challenge or try fresh sets in Unlimited mode. There is no time limit, so you can take a moment to judge each opening.
Follow the blue arc clockwise from the starting dot. Enter a whole-number estimate from 1° to 359°, then select Lock it in to reveal the answer.
A target such as 127° is shown. Drag the orange handle clockwise from the fixed ray until the opening looks right, then select Lock drawing. Your drawing's degree value stays hidden until you submit.
A blue angle is shown without a degree value. Move the orange ray until it divides the marked opening into two equal parts, then lock your answer. Follow the highlighted arc even when it takes the long way around.
Use a mouse or touch to move the orange handle. For keyboard control, focus the ray and use the arrow keys to adjust by 1°, or Shift + arrow for 10°. Enter or Space submits a drawing; the small rotation buttons also adjust it by 1°.
Daily: everyone gets the same three challenges for the UTC date. A new set arrives at 00:00 UTC, and the countdown shows how long remains. Your progress is saved in this browser when local storage is available, so returning to the daily challenge restores your answers.
Unlimited: play a fresh Guess, Draw, and Split set whenever you want another go. Each set has its own total-error result. Unlimited scores do not affect your daily statistics or streak, and there is currently no saved Unlimited history.
If a new UTC day starts while you are playing, you can finish your current daily set. Select Daily when you are ready to start the new one.
Guess and Draw measure the difference between your answer and the target. If the target is 74° and your answer is 70°, your error is 4°. Split measures how far your dividing ray is from the correct middle: halves of 47° and 53° mean you missed the middle by 3°.
Add the three errors for your final score. Errors of 4°, 7°, and 3° give a 14° total error. Lower is better, and a perfect set is 0°. Every valid attempt gets a result; you do not need an exact answer to finish.
The size of the marked opening matters. In Guess and Draw, 10° and 350° are different angles, even though their end rays are close.
Share cards show one square for each round without revealing the answers: green for 0–5° off, yellow for 6–15°, and orange for anything higher. The degree total is your score.
Start with familiar reference angles. A square corner is 90°, a straight line is 180°, and a full turn is 360°. Half a right angle is 45°. Find the closest reference, then estimate the extra space or the missing piece.
For a reflex angle larger than 180°, the smaller gap may be easier to judge. If that gap looks like 60°, the larger opening is about 360° − 60° = 300°. Always check which opening the blue arc marks.
Rotating the rays does not change the angle between them. Try picturing the starting ray as horizontal, and focus on the opening rather than the length of the lines. In Split, compare the two openings on either side of your dividing ray.
